Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ AgentTicketArticlePDF-6.0.0.opm

Settings

This module can be configured via System Configuration in the administrative interface. The following configuration options are available:

Ticket::Frontend::Article::Actions###Email

This default setting defines the menus displayed in email note type articles. Then it is necessary to add the menu of what the module uses, as in the example below:
